What is The Uniform Outlet’s return policy?
Items eligible for returns or exchanges must be in their original condition and packaging with all tags and labels attached as shipped or purchased. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, embroidered, altered, or returned after the 30-day return period. Returns of 10 or more items may be subject to restocking fees. How many Uniform Outlet stores are there?
The Uniform Outlet has over 45 locations across the United States and our corporate headquarters is located in Portage, Michigan. To find your nearest location click here.

Does The Uniform Outlet sell irregulars or factory seconds?
All of our locations, including our website, offer the same brand name scrubs you will find in any local retail or boutique scrub shop. We do not sell irregulars, defects, or factory seconds.

What brands does The Uniform Outlet carry?
We try to carry as many of your favorite brand names scrubs as we can. Unfortunately, we can’t carry every brand and style so our inventory may vary slightly based on each store location. If you can’t find a specific brand or style you love, we would love to order it for you!

We offer medical scrubs and accessories from the top brands like Healing Hands, Cherokee Workwear, Sketchers, Grey’s Anatomy, Infinity by Cherokee, WonderWink, Carhartt, Dickies, Koi, Barco, and more.

We also offer our exclusive collection called Sanibel Scrubs.

Can I use a gift card I purchased in the store for an online purchase?
At this time, gift cards purchased in the store are not eligible for online purchases. We know this is not ideal and we hope to change this in the near future.
